Returns and Refunds
Our webshop will provide you with a 14-day refund for non-customized products as required by local law.
The product you wish to return will be returned if the customer has notified us of the intention to return by email within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued within 10 days of the date of return and receipt of the product, using the payment method used at the time of purchase (eg PayPal refund).
We will only refund the price of non-defective products returned in their original condition.
The products will be refunded 100% if appropriate.
